Fazenda has been welcoming Londoners since 2010. Created by Antonio Battisti and Annarita Baioni, it brings together their Italian coffee tradition, honest home cooking and a belief that a café should feel like part of its neighbourhood.
Future quotation to be confirmed with Antonio and Annarita.
Origins and individual roles will be added after client confirmation.
Fazenda / The roasting process
From a green bean to the warmth in your cup. Step inside the transformation behind every roast.
Four moments. One remarkable change.Follow the transformation
The beginning
Before roasting, coffee beans are green and firm. They enter the hopper, ready for their transformation.
The source of warmth
Wood burns in a separate firebox below the drum. Its heat is carefully managed as the beans begin to warm.
Colour & character
Inside the rotating drum, the beans keep moving as heat develops their colour and aroma. Watch them deepen from green to brown.
The final movement
The roasted beans are released into the cooling tray. Agitation and airflow carry heat away, bringing the roast to a close.

The selection changes. What stays consistent is a simple approach: food prepared with care, generous hospitality and a distinctly Italian point of view.

By day, Fazenda is a neighbourhood Italian café. At other times, its walls and downstairs space become a setting for exhibitions, workshops, live music and creative gatherings.
